What will group enrollment season look like this year?

If we've learned anything this year, it's to expect the unexpected. Luckily, many agencies already have experience meeting with prospects and clients remotely during group enrollment season. While we don't know exactly what this year will look like, we're excited to hear how these panelists are preparing and what advice they have for others.

What tools will be especially important this enrollment season?

For starters, an agency management system (AMS) that helps your team manage prospects, clients, policies, and everything else remotely is a must-have. The panelists also discuss other tools they use, such as video conferencing tools.
